We owe to Guns and Rain several contributions to the collection. When Julie Taylor organized Fresh Voices in 2021 there were no plans to expand the collection but then the show included the very intriguing works of Hannah Macfarlane and they spoke to several themes of interest in our collection: the female voice, violence and oppression, abstraction and ambiguity.
